Session Cancellation Policy

Members

No Show: $45
Late Cancellation: $20

Non-Members / Casual Session Bookings

No Show: $45
Late Cancellation (Weekdays – within 4 hours of session): $45
Late Cancellation (Weekends – within 24 hours of session): $45

Clients who fail to attend a booked session without notice will be charged a full no-show fee of $45.

Membership Terms

Membership Pauses

Requires 72 hours’ notice.
Minimum pause: 2 weeks
Maximum pause: 12 weeks

Membership Cancellation

Minimum commitment: 2 weeks
Members may cancel anytime online after the minimum period.

Membership Payments

Payments are processed via direct debit each week.
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
If payment fails, We Threshold will retry once every day for 3 days.
If payment fails for 4 consecutive days, the membership may be automatically cancelled.
Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment details and ensuring sufficient funds.

Packages and Class Packs

Class packs are non-transferable and intended for individual use.
Booking sessions for someone else using your membership or class pack may result in termination.

Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

Misconduct
Violation of these Terms
Unsafe behavior
Abuse of staff, guests, or facilities

Parking (If Applicable for Studio Locations)

Where applicable, parking restrictions may apply. Please avoid restricted permit areas. When possible, we encourage guests to cycle or walk to our mobile sauna locations.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

Modify or reverse engineer any part of the website
Remove copyrights or proprietary notices
Mirror website content on another server
Use the website to distribute harmful, obscene, or unlawful material
Engage in spam, data harvesting, or unauthorized advertising

Health & Safety

Health Assessment

Before attending sessions, guests must complete a waiver and disclose relevant health conditions.

Physical Fitness

By booking, you confirm that you are able to safely participate in sauna, breathwork, cold exposure, or movement activities.

Risks

These activities involve inherent risks, including heat stress, cold stress, dizziness, and physical strain. Proceed at your own discretion.

Medical Conditions

Inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that may affect participation.

Right to Refuse Participation

We may refuse participation if we believe there is a risk to you, other guests, or staff.

Liability
